A letter from Ohio Bio to the families who have lost a loved one to a tragic crime.

The entire staff at Ohio Bio would like to offer our deepest condolences, for your loss of a loved one. In this time of sorrow, you will be faced with many decisions, one of which could be the cleaning up after the crime. You should NOT have to worry about how it will get cleaned and who might do it for you. Often friends and loved ones will accept the burden of cleaning up. However, they often do not understand the dangers or the proper procedure involved in dealing with bloodborne pathogens.

The state of Ohio offers assistance to everyone who has lost a loved one to a crime. (Click Here). Although Ohio Bio works with all homeowners insurance, not everyone carries insurance in some cases. This is why we adopted the “Ohio Bio Outreach Program.” If there is a case where there is no homeowners insurance, we will come in and properly clean and sanitize the scene “FREE” of charge to the victim. Even in cases of suicide. What that means is that we will only accept what the Ohio Victims Of Crime Compensation Program pays. Ohio Bio will assist in all of the paper work involved, from beginning to end. We consider it an honor to be of assistance to anyone who has lost a loved one to a crime.

Ohio Bio is a supporter of “Crime Survivors” and we also endorse the Columbus Ohio’s Mount Carmel Health Centers “Crime & Trauma Assistance Program.”

Ohio Bio answers our toll free number twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week for all of your concerns and questions. 866-349-4024.
