Being a member of the Better Business Bureau will give a potential customer peace of mind in knowing that OBR has an established reputation, and if someone is not satisfied with our work there is a system that will be in place that we can use to help resolve that problem. The BBB has been around for many years. Ohio Bio is the only crime & trauma scene cleaning company registered with the BBB in Ohio. As the owner of the company, I would expect the same qualifications from any reputable company. I hope you will give Ohio Bio the opportunity to serve you.

A recent letter we received from a happy customer!

My husband and I had a strange situation when we purchased an older home. The attic had been lived in by several pigeons for approximately 15-20 years. I was able to google online to see who would clean up this situation since it is a health hazard. My first person charged us to come out and look at the situation and then said we should just pull our ceilings down and clean it up. So I was very happy to find Lee and his coworkers who said that we should not do that because of health issues. It was a free estimate! Lee and his coworkers came at 8:00 until 4:00 for two days to work on our attic and to get all this waste out of there. They removed 33 bags of feces and other matter. They also used a hepa vacuum system to vacuum all the loose dust that was left in the attic. They scrubbed the beams where the birds had perched. After that they fogged the attic with a special combination of chemicals to provide us with a fresh smelling and bacteria free environment. They did all of this in a house with no heat (it was in the 20s) and no electricity (we ran a power cord from our house next door). We were impressed that Lee drove three hours to come and help with this project. We now feel comfortable in the house to continue on with the restoring of this beautiful old house. I was very impressed with their work ethic and respect for this old house and for us. I highly recommend them if you have any kind of animal clean up issue. I can’t thank them enough for their expertise in this matter.

Sincerely,

Winn and Debbie
